Delivery Policy

Our Grazing Boxes and Platters are available for delivery across Gloucestershire. Mileage is worked out at £0.45 per mile.

Standard Delivery times are: 

Breakfast  7.30am - 11am

All other Boxes 8am - 4pm

We will communicate a delivery window normally the day before delivery.  Please add to the notes if you have a specific delivery request and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Is your order a Gift?

Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Address provided. If they fail to get hold of yourself/recipient  then your Box will be delivered to a neighbour. You will be notified of these attempts and delivery to neighbour via the email address or phone number provided.

By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the delivery postcode is within the areas we have provided. Also confirming you have selected the correct date.​

 

Cancellations/Amendments

We do not offer refunds but can offer change of date if enough notice is given. During busy periods at the weekend we may ot be able to offer Date Changes.
