PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF OUR TERMS OUTLINED BELOW.

 

 

●REFUNDS - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY DATE CHANGES IF WE ARE TOLD IN ADVANCE. 

●DATE HOLDING - WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD DATES DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF ENQUIRIES. 

 

●TRAVEL CHARGES - TRAVEL COSTS ARE WORKED OUT ON MILEAGE FROM US IN GL2, AT 45P PER MILE. 

●TABLE TIMINGS- WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO WORK OUT THE BEST TIME FOR US TO ARRIVE AND SET UP TO ENSURE ITS READY JUST BEFORE YOU WISH TO CONSUME. IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE DELAYED BY YOUR CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES AND WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED AN HOURLY CHARGE WILL BE BILLABLE.

●EXTREME HEAT- IN EXTREME HEAT CONDITIONS IT IS ESSENTIAL A TABLE IS PREPARED IN A SHADED, COOL AREA. CONSUMPTION TIMES WILL BE COSIDERABLY LESS IN THIS SITUATION AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO ENSURE THE TABLE IS READY AS CLOSE TO YOUR TIMINGS AS POSSIBLE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE SHOULD YOU HAVE DELAYS IN YOUR EVENT.

 

●IF OUR TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT IS HIRED, AND WE NEED TO COLLECT IT AFTER THE EVENT THERE WILL BE A 

'COLLECTION FEE' ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST (IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD TRAVEL COSTS OF 45P PER MILE) 

 

●PARKING - WE REQUIRE PARKING ON SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD COOLERS AND TABLESCPAPE EQUIPMENT.  IF THERE 

IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION.   

 

●TABLE/S MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE IN A SUITABLE LOCATION.  IF OUTSIDE, A SHADED AREA MUST BE AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES 

 

●PLATES, CUTLERY AND NAPKINS –WOODEN CUTLERY, PALM LEAF PLATES AND WHITE PAPER NAPKINS CAN BE 

PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST BUT MUST BE ORDERED AT TIME OF BOOKING 

 

●MENUS - WE DO NOT SUPPLY MENUS. HOWEVER WE SUPPLY FOOD ALLERGY SIGNS WITH EVERY GRAZE AND QR CODES TO ACCESS OUR ONLINE MENU.

●MENU ITEMS- WHILST OUR MENUS ARE SET AS OUTLINED ON THE WEBSITE OUR PRODUCE IS SOURCED WEEKLY AND OCCASIONALLY DUE TO SEASONAL ITEMS OUR MENUS CAN CHANGE SLIGHTLY. WE WILL ALWAYS USE AN ALTERNATIVE IF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT CANNOT BE SOURCED.

 

●HIRE OF TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT - ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL INCUR A CHARGE AT RETAIL VALUE.  

●FOOD TIMINGS – THE FOOD WE PROVIDE IS TO BE DISPOSED OF 4 HOURS AFTER SET-UP.   IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY 

OF THE CLIENT TO DISPOSE OF THE FOOD AFTER 4 HOURS, TO COMPLY WITH UK FOOD STANDARDS. BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE CLIENT IS AGREEING TO DISPOSE OF ANY FOOD AFTER THIS SET TIME.  

GRAZE & GLORY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS TO OUR FOOD CONSUMED AFTER 4 HOURS OF SET UP.   

 

●CLIENT TABLES/SURFACES – GRAZE & GLORY USE PLATTER BOARDS TO PROTECT TABLES. GRAZE & GLORY WILL NOT 

BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY FOOD/LEAKAGES OF ANY TABLE OR SURFACE PROVIDED. 

●FOOD HANDLING - IF DELIVERED

PLEASE KEEP CHILLED IF YOU ARE NOT CONSUMING STRAIGHTAWAY. WE ALWAYS ADVISE TO CONSUME THE SAME DAY FOR YOUR BEST GRAZING EXPEREINCE. IF NOT REFRIGERATED YOUR PLATTERS MUST BE CONSUMED WITHIN 4 HOURS.

●DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES -  PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES WELL IN ADVANCE. GRAZE & GLORY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS TO OUR FOOD IF WE HAVE NOT BEEN FOREWARNED OF ANY ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. 

WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL ALLERGY REQUESTS DUE TO HIGH RISK OF CONTAMINATION.

●DISPOSAL OF WASTE - GRAZE & GLORY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF FOOD WASTE 

POST-EVENT.  

●SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY- UNLESS YOU EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN OF OUR WORK AT YOUR EVENT, 

WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND WEBSITE.
