How To Use Your Gift Voucher
Once you have chosen your desired Graze's, simply add them to the cart and then enter your voucher code in the section that says 'Enter a Promo Code'. This will automatically take away the gift voucher amount from the total. If you have any challenges please Get in Touch.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Please advise of any special requirements when booking in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate this. Allergen information will be provided but please contact us for any advice on the allergen information.
What is your Hygiene Rating?
We are proud to say we received a 5 Star Rating from Stroud District Council in September 2020.
Are you Insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and hold all the relevant Qualifications.
Do you charge for Travel?
We do not charge for travel to events that are within a 10 mile radius of GL2, however after this we charge 45p per mile.
Do you provide plates and cutlery?
Yes, we can provide Palm leaf plates, wooden cutlery and Napkins at an additional cost of £0.95 per person if required. Please request this at the time of booking.
Do you provide the table?
No, we do not provide tables. We will provide a base to protect the table and of course the food!
Do you require parking?
Yes please! The closer we can be the better as we will have to unload the food as swiftly as possible.
Do you dispose of any leftover food?
We do not dispose of any remaining food.
How long can the food remain out on the table?
We advise a 4 hour time period for Grazing. After this time the food should be disposed of.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. We can however amend dates if advance notice is given.
Do you only cover Gloucestershire? (Tables)
No, we are more than happy to travel to surrounding counties. Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset & Avon and Oxfordshire.
